3. Booking and Reservations

3.1 Booking Process

When booking a charter, the following requirements must be met:

  • Minimum age of 18
  • Provision of valid and complete details
  • Advance payment of the stated deposit in your reservation confirmation
  • Acceptance of these Terms & Conditions

3.2 Confirmation

Confirmation of your reservation will be considered final upon our receipt of the necessary payment and a written notice from us. We reserve the full discretion to deny service to anybody.

3.3 Availability

Charter availability is contingent upon both the yacht's availability and favorable weather conditions. We will endeavor to accommodate your requested charter dates and times.

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Pricing

Pricing is given in £ and taxes are included unless stated otherwise. Price adjustments may occur and will be effective immediately without necessity for advance notice.

4.2 Payment Schedule

  • Deposit: A payment of 50% of the entire cost of the charter at the time of booking
  • Final amount: Due two days prior to the departure of the yacht
  • Any additional incurred costs: Payable at the end of the charter

4.3 Payment Methods

We accept most major credit cards, direct bank transfers, and certified bank drafts. All payment processing will be conducted using secure, encrypted systems.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

5.1 Customer Cancellations

  • If cancelled more than 72 hours prior to departure: Entire payment will be refunded, less processing charges
  • If cancelled between 24-72 hours before departure: A refund will be issued at 50% of the charter cost
  • If cancelled less than 24 hours prior to departure: No amount will be refunded

5.2 Weather Cancellations

When the captain determines weather conditions to be unsafe, we will propose either:

  • A new date for the charter at no extra charge
  • A full refund should the rescheduling be impractical

5.3 Mechanical Problems

If your designated vessel experiences technical issues, we will endeavor to supply a comparable alternative. If this fails, a full refund will be issued.

6. Safety and Conduct

6.1 Safety Measures

All guests are expected to:

  • Abide by the crew's directives
  • Utilize the safety gear as required
  • Disclose any health conditions potentially impacting their security
  • Remain within the designated zones on the vessel

6.2 Disallowed Items

The following items are not allowed on the vessel:

  • Containers made of glass
  • Illegal materials
  • Guns or other weapons
  • Excess amount of non-alcoholic drinks (beyond moderate personal use)
  • Animals (unless given previous consent)

6.3 Behavior

Guests must conduct themselves respectfully. Any charter may be terminated without a refund if guests' behavior endangers safety or detracts from other clients' enjoyment.

7. Liability and Insurance

7.1 Our Responsibility

Our accountability shall not exceed the amount paid for your charter. We are not liable for:

  • Injuries caused by guests' carelessness
  • Theft or damage of personal belongings
  • Secondary, incidental, or punitive damages
  • Extensions due to atmospheric conditions or unforeseeable events beyond our control

7.2 Coverage

We maintain comprehensive maritime insurance for our vessels and operations. Participants should arrange their own travel and personal insurance.

7.3 Acceptance of Risks

Engaging in our boat rentals implies that you comprehend and assume the intrinsic dangers of such activities, accepting responsibility for your safety and welfare.

8. Changes to Itineraries and Plans

We keep the right to alter itineraries, paths, or schedules due to elements like weather issues, safety concerns, or operational demands. We will aim to provide alternatives that are equivalent to the original plan.

9. Uncontrollable Circumstances

We are not accountable for any deferrals, cancellations, or amendments caused by conditions out of our control, including but not restricted to:

  • Harsh weather situations
  • Acts of nature
  • Regulatory actions
  • Closure of ports
  • Vehicle malfunctions

10. Privacy and Personal Information Security
